Collide LLC is a creative studio based in Nashville, headed by Kevin Tucker. We help people and brands communicate with lasting impact through the strategic use of design and language.
Collaboration is at the core of our process, and the first step involves a lot of questions. We dig deep to find something true about the brand, the thing that is most relevant and impactful for your audience to believe in, and we pull it out, and cast it an angle so that the light hits it interesting ways to draw them in, so that it transforms for them into something tangible, something real. This is what we call “the moment of impact.” All of Collide’s services center on design, including but not limited to brand design, advertising, marketing collateral, corporate communication, website, application, and presentation design, and projects frequently include a consulting component related to the effective use of language and other elements within the scope of brand communication.
Collide’s co-founder & Creative Director Kevin Tucker has spent the last 25 years helping shape design for organizations such as Pepsi, Bridgestone, Warner Bros. Records, LifeWay, The Nashville Zoo, Ryman Hospitality Properties, Country Music Hall of Fame, Dollar General, The Sing! Conference, Safe Haven Family Shelter, The Gideons International, and The Village Chapel, and worked to further the reach of entertainment brands including Willie Nelson, Amy Grant, Jason Aldean, Big & Rich, Larry the Cable Guy, Big Daddy Weave, and Phil Keaggy, just to name a few. His extensive experience includes entertainment branding, corporate communications, event & destination marketing, product packaging, church & non-profits, and web & application design. Kevin is also an active professional community leader among the Nashville design industry, having served as a leader in the Nashville chapter of AIGA and as a mentor at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center for Project Music, frequently advising students among local universities on their portfolios and career prospects, and occasionally speaking to student and professional groups. Kevin has also written, directed, and produced short films and a television pilot.
